This Privacy Policy describes how JDJ DISTRIBUTION LTD (“we”, “our”, or “us”) collects, uses, and protects information when you use the CoreDefence VPN mobile application (the “App”) and related services.

We are committed to protecting your privacy and providing a secure and transparent VPN service.

1. Information We Do NOT Collect

We do not collect, log, store, or share any of the following information through the VPN service:

  • Browsing history
  • Websites visited
  • Traffic content or payload
  • DNS queries
  • IP addresses used while connected to the VPN
  • Connection timestamps or session logs
  • Precise location data
  • Advertising identifiers (including IDFA)

We operate under a strict no-logs policy.

2. Information We May Collect (Limited & Non-Personal)

The App may collect limited, non-personal technical information strictly for app functionality and improvement purposes, such as:

  • App version and build number
  • Device type and operating system version
  • Anonymous crash reports and diagnostics
  • Basic, aggregated app usage statistics

This information cannot be used to identify you personally and is not linked to your VPN activity.

3. Third-Party Services

The App uses the following third-party SDKs:

  • Firebase – for crash reporting and basic app analytics
  • Facebook SDK – for internal analytics and app performance measurement

These services are used without advertising identifiers, without App Tracking Transparency (ATT), and without tracking users across apps or websites.

We do not share any VPN traffic data or personal user data with third parties.

4. Tracking & Advertising

The App does not track users as defined by Apple.

  • We do not use IDFA
  • We do not perform cross-app or cross-website tracking
  • We do not engage in behavioral advertising or retargeting
  • App Tracking Transparency permission is not requested because tracking is not performed

5. Subscriptions & Payments

All payments and subscription management are handled directly by Apple via the App Store.

We do not receive or store your payment information.

Refunds and subscription cancellations are subject to Apple’s App Store policies and can be managed through your Apple ID account.

6. Data Security

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.

VPN connections are secured using industry-standard encryption protocols.

7. Children’s Privacy

The App is not intended for use by children under the age of 13.

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time.

Any changes will be posted on this page, and the updated version will be effective upon publication.
